Guatemalan Decaf Coffee- Imagine a cup of decaf with a crisp clean taste mildly acidic with perfectly blended fruit and floral notes. It is one of the most complex coffees we produce and one of our favorites. This is done by forcing water through instead of using chemicals such as chlorine or alcohol, which is mostly used in the decaffeinating process.
The Guatemalan Decaf that we use is a shade-grown swiss processed decaf. This coffee is shade-grown under guava, plantain, and banana trees.
