About Us

As with all great businesses Sally Sue’s started in a garage. Not just any garage but Sally Sue’s garage. We built a small addition on to the current garage.

Where our founder took an old rotisserie oven cut a hole in it and tack welded a heat gun. Then made his own rapid cooling system for them afterwards.  

This would be followed by a larger building and small commercial kitchen until we purchased and built out our 2,700 sq foot roasting facility. 

We are a family owned and operated business.
