How decaf coffee is made
Decaffeination removes most of the caffeine from green beans before roasting. The cleanest method is the Swiss Water Process — chemical-free, using only water to gently pull caffeine while keeping the flavor.
Does decaf taste different?
Good decaf tastes like good coffee. Roasted fresh and brewed well, our decaf is smooth, rich and satisfying — and naturally on the low-acid, easy-drinking side.
