Our Story
Sally Sue's started in a garage — my mother's garage. Sally Sue opened her doors and let me chase an idea.
That idea came from a struggle. I was fighting acid reflux from GERD, and I missed the thing that always brought a little peace to the chaos — a good cup of coffee. So we went looking for one that loved us back: smooth, low-acid, easy on the stomach. When we found it, we found more than coffee. We found our mornings again — the cup that brought our family together at the breakfast table.
Today my own family travels the world, and wherever we go we chase that same moment: a great cup of coffee, and the quiet it brings. That's what's in every bag — fresh-roasted, single-origin, low-acid when you need it. A vacation in every cup, and a moment worth capturing.
