This coffee is hand-picked and produced on a small scale, which often allows farmers to pool their resources together and work collaboratively to share this incredibly balanced bean with the world. 

Sally Sue's Peruvian Coffee has a balanced body, with above-average acidity and sweetness levels. Don't let the high acidity scare you, though! Our Peruvian Coffee has a wonderful, balanced flavor containing notes of chocolate, orange, and honey. The balance between these notes allows customers to experience a delicous, clean finish with every sip!

I use to find these at a store ,then my favorite Columbian Med .roast would disappear. I'm glad I went online and found what I wanted.Your beans are very good.I have tried the dark roast Columbian ,as med roast weren't available .Your dark roast are not over roasted ,like most other beans on the market.I will order more beans in the future.
